Mr Mohamed El-Degwy

Founder and CEO

work in various departments within the Egyptian Tax Authority, including the Corporate Taxation Office and the Large Taxpayer Center, eventually reaching the position of Audit Manager at the Large Taxpayer Center. Contributed to the development of educational materials and training resources for the Egyptian Tax Authority. Certified lecturer with the United Nations on tax matters for the Middle East and Africa, the Egyptian Tax Authority, and the League of Arab States. Fellow of the Egyptian Tax Association and the Public Finance and Taxation Association. Certified auditor for joint-stock companies and a lecturer in various professional tax associations.

Mr Ahmed Farouk

Founding partner

Over 12 years of experience in taxation (Income Tax, Employment Tax, Stamp Duty, and VAT) at the Egyptian Tax Authority. Conducted tax audits and provided consultations to companies and individuals across various sectors. Gained membership in the Tax Expertise Scientific Association and the Public Finance and Taxation Association. Strong background in accounting, enabling the provision of precise tax advice in alignment with accounting standards. Trained numerous accountants and auditors on best tax practices.

A tax consultant with over 40 years of experience, began his career at the Egyptian Tax Authority, rising to General Manager of Auditing at the Large Taxpayers Center, one of the most critical divisions in Egypt's tax system. He contributed to developing training materials for the Tax Authority, playing a key role in mentoring and building tax professionals. Fellow, Egyptian Tax Society, Fellow, Public Finance Society A certified auditor for joint-stock companies, combines expertise in taxation and accounting, establishing himself as one of Egypt’s leading tax experts.

Mr Gamal Diab

With over 40 years of expertise in VAT and Sales Tax, have led complex tax operations, including policy design and implementation. As Head of VAT Units and Southern Giza VAT Region, enhanced performance and modernized practices in line with global standards.
